Quebec Ice Hotel

While I have been very busy these past couple of days and my camera has not left it`s bag, I thoughts of offering you a little photo tour of one of my favorite Quebec attractions; Quebec Ice Hotel. The Ice Hotel shown below is the 2008 Palace and because of melting each spring it is reconstructed each winter in a different theme; sometime bigger and always better! The brave can spend the night in the giant freezing igloo, provided with a thin mattress and a sleeping bag, at 200$ a night/person it is basic camping for the riches! For people like me who like the comfort of their own home and the proximity of a fireplace on a winter night, you will be able to go enjoy a tour during the daytime of the entire Hotel which includes luxurious suites, a bar, a lounge and a wedding chapel.

Thanks a ton for commenting on my blog! It means a lot to me because I'm an avid reader of your blog :)
I unfortunately do not live in a city with H&M (the ludicrousness!) so the only time I can go to H&M is when I visit Montreal which is very rarely.
Thanks for the suggestion though!

So fun! I hope I can see an ice hotel someday. I can't believe they have a wedding chapel in there, haha.

Wow, it's gorgeous. I have to say I'm not really tempted to spend the night there, but then again, I'm always cold and long for the summer already ;-)

Ice hotels...crazy. You couldn't convince me to stay if it was free for the night. Subjecting myself to freezing cold? No thank you, I lived without heat for many years and have no love for that time in my life!
